Tradition, innovation, and artisanal craftsmanship are the ingredients from which the Amelia Toffee Company was born. With an old family recipe in hand, our founder, Anita Comisky, delved into the rich craft of handmade toffee, inspired by bold ingredients such as bourbon and coffee.
Established on Amelia Island, Florida, where Spanish moss clings to ancient oaks and morning fog rolls over the Intracoastal. Our time-honored recipes combined with near-tropical humidity allows our toffee to be one of a kind. The salty sea air that fills our kitchen adds an additional layer of decadence to this toffee.
Our handcrafted toffee is made in our coastal kitchen in Florida and created in small batches, ensuring the best quality and the greatest attention to detail.

We are proud to be producing our toffee in Florida and we are committed to sourcing as many local ingredients as we can. We have partnered with the St Augustine Distillery using their bourbon for our Bourbon Toffee. Rethreaded’s Survivor Coffee is used in our Coffee Toffee. And Florida Pure Sea Salt is dusted on our toffee creating the perfect balance between sweet and salty. We are passionate about our ingredients and using the best highest quality and we are ecstatic to have the partners we do. We believe in support local, eat local and hope you do too.
